Jenn-Air JMC1116AS 22 Inch Stainless Steel 1.6 cu. ft. Capacity Countertop Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace my JennAir after only 3 years! I don't really like the push button to open the door. Would much rather have a handle but had to get the same thing to fit in the space. Also was WAY too expensive!

I replaced my old Jenn microwave after the magnetron went bad for the second time in 4 years. Unfortunately the replacement of the same style has lacked some of the previous ones features. For a high end microwave it looks a feels cheap.

I love my new microwave. It is extremely quiet and cooks incredibly evenly. All the available presets make it easy to use and takes the guess work out of microwaving. It matches my Jenn-Air convection oven perfectly, almost looking like a single unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keypad failed and required purchase of new unit. Other than that, mostly good. A way to double-tap the number buttons to get a quick 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 minute cook would be nice. Easy to clean, good looking product.

This microwave replaced one that was probably 15 years old. It looks great. My wife actually purchased the unit but I noticed something the first time I looked it over. The lettering is way to light on the control panel. I had to get a flashlight to read the different buttons.

Solid microwave built to last. Quality materials and heats food quickly. Don't care for the way you choose to set it for lower than 100% power -- is confusing. But otherwise we're very happy with it. It even has a lock on it for child safety which is important since it's installed at knee level.

I got this as part of new house. It looks excellent and heats fast than previous microwave. But this does heat unevenly. One issue that is making me write this review - During house warming party, someone with big nails tried to operate this microwave. Buttons on microwave has plastic on them.
