I’ve reviewed a lot of keyboards over the years here at Techaeris. Most of them tend to be of the mechanical variety , but that’s not to say there aren’t plenty of other keyboard options out there. Kensington is a company that focuses on the office and has several keyboards for office use.
This keyboard is very slim and light, making it ideal if you need to move it around a lot for whatever reason. The keys are pretty shallow and flush against each other, facilitating fast typing.

Low key travel, functions mapped to F keys accessible through function button, dedicated volume keys, slim, light, cheap

None that stand out
I only use wired keyboards now after running into issues with bluetooth, they are more reliable and cheaper. With remote work, I needed a quieter keyboard for online meetings. I tried others that said they were quiet, but weren't at all. This one is as quiet as I can expect. Very happy with it.
Windows 7 had to load drivers for it to be recognized, which was something I didn't expect (probably due to the function keys). I totally love this keyboard after only a day. Hopefully, it will be as durable as it is smooth and silent.

Smooth typing and nearly silent keystrokes. If you are tired of loud clacking keyboards, get this and never look back. Volume controls and additional function keys are just a sweet bonus to an otherwise awesome keyboard. It's very much like a laptop keyboard, except full size.

Slightly non-standard key layout for navigation keys and Home/Delete keys. Not a huge issue for me since I am not a touch typist. I actually like the oversize Delete key.
I was having problems with my old Logitech keyboard and was looking for something different, I like the keyboard touch and spacing. I also like the Delete key placement which is different from the standard design. However one of the features I really wanted was caps and num lock indicator.
I've had 2 of these so far and will get more when the time comes. I do a lot of typing, and while the finish of some keys has been worn off, all lettering remains exactly as it was when I got it.

Perfect size, perfect layout, perfect keys.

None.
The keyboard is silent. I can blind type, kind of a power user so ergonomy is really important For me the left shift was releasing even though I was pushing it so the keyboard has a functional issue, returning it. ALT+TAB is too far, ALT+SHIFT is also far and in a strange angle very inconvenient.
This is the best keyboard I've ever used. I haven't even had it for a day yet, so maybe writing a review this soon is a bad idea, but this seems to be pretty high quality. I've played a few games with it so far, and it's very comfortable. I'd take this over an overpriced gaming keyboard any day.

Very comfortable, easy to type, quite, pretty smooth looking. Mute/volume up&down keys.

None so far!
This replaced the gaming keyboard I purchased for the purpose of silent and low positioned keys. I tend to pound the keys so it is not completely silent. But the responsiveness is terrific and the low profile of the keys are just right. I am completely satisfied with this purchase.
I've had this for years. It's awesome for a few reasons. It's quiet, extremely solidly built (you won't move it around by accident), keypress feels nice and solid, and very low profile. The only issue, as someone else mentioned, is trying to take it apart to clean it. I broke my LCTRL key trying.
So yeah, I want to love this keyboard but its innards seem shoddily engineered. Oh well.

I'm a programmer by trade, and I bought this looking for a keyboard with similar feedback to the slim apple keyboard, but with a standard IBM layout. If you only consider the feedback from the keys, this keyboard is phenomenal.

I docked two stars from an otherwise fantastic product because it is way too easy to create phantom key presses with this thing. I can consistently activate Caps Lock by pressing any of the following key combinations down at the same time: hjk, dfg, fgh, tyu, ert, ... and the list continues.
