Wish there was a -10 on the stars! I owned the older version of this range for 15 flawless years and after we remodeled I decided to replace it with this newer version. HUGE MISTAKE!
I've only had it for a couple of weeks. Two of the burners, once they heat up start firing the igniters for no reason. (Parts are now on order) Also there is some sort of known issue with the clock resetting itself(Part is now on order). It requires a part to be installed by a repairman.
This stove is a major disappointment. I have had this stove for 3 months and it has been serviced 8 times. The burners work fine but the oven only works part of the time. About 50% of the time the oven will preheat however will not maintain heat, other times it appears to get stuck preheating.
I love this range. I had a 30 inch cooktop (Whirlpool) that could not get hot enough to get a good sear on meats. I bought this locally and had a contractor cut through my countertop and remove a cabinet to make room for this range. It fits perfectly under the 30 inch upper cabinet and vent.
