I bought this a few days ago , works great cools really fast , works as it should; but in specs it says for fan its four speed but on control panel it says F1 F2 F3, and when i checked the remote it only goes to 3 must be a miss print unless theres something im missing.

I purchsed it a few years back and cools well. My main issue is it wont turn off after the first year at set temperature. Its annoying. After reading other reviews about the temperature sensor Im pretty sure thats whats wrong.

I baught it a few years ago and the unit never shuts off anymore after reading reviews Im pretty sure the temperture sensor is gone bad. I called LG about it a year after i purchesed it and was told the warrenty would not be hohonered.

The unit stopped to dehumidify the appartement. I thought lg was tuff but I was not right.I have to use fans to redirect airflow now and it take a long time to lower the temps since it act like a 5000 btu. This was notnecessary before.

Zero vibration! These are the quietest air conditioners I have ever owned. Controling them from the app is a nice feature too.

The smart capabilities of this unit are overlooked. I thought it would be useless having wifi in an air conditioner, but it's great. I can log in on my phone and check the temperature at home.

Had a few 30+Celsius days here in Ontario and remembering last summer, I decided to try this product basically because Home Depot had them here for "do not pay for 12 months". Simply put "it is amazing" and I don't say that lightly. I was getting a temperature of 48F coming out the grill.

I would give this AC 5/5 stars but the thin foam they sent with the installation kit is such a nasty adhesive you'll never be able to remove from whatever you stick it to. that being said it ruined the whole installation kit and my window with residue that will not come off, it is disgusting.

Dry mode runs for a few mins and then the fan stops moving.If I am in cool mode or dry mode, there is no dehumidification happening. It has been a constant 67 to 71 percent humidity since install and it feels gross

Bought this ac this year and it cools amazingly but the ft i bought it for (wifi) is the worst , takes 40 attempts to connect and the app hangs and makes u restart the process , if you reset the modem the app auto forgets that its connected to your app and u got to do the same process over again, if...
