Bought a month ago, putting it together was a tough I did not think the directions were very clear, I was able to find on you tube another person explaining how to do this and this helped a lot. Hard to believe a huge company like LG doesnt provide links on you tube showing this.

love the smart/WiFi features. this unit is super quiet. Also, as long as i set the temp to a reasonable level it uses about 60kwh/month which is a tiny amount for an AC unit. especially one that is 14000btu. This is great in NYC where electric is crazy expensive.

I bought my Air Conditioner a month ago and absolutely love it. It is very, very quiet and cools my space more than I expected. I've tried other air conditioners in the same space with same amount of BTU but this one work far better and seems to be much cooler. Very happy with my purchase.

I've only been using this for a few months and the verdict is still out on the performance of it being I have already had to schedule some warranty work of which we still don't know if it fixed the problem as the weather has not been to the point of being able to test the unit completely yet.

Recently have purchased two air conditioners.Both LG and just last week I purchased a LG refrigerator. That pretty much sums up my great satisfaction with your product.Good value for the money and excellent satisfaction with the way the products work!

I Love this LG air conditioner! It does a great job cooling off several rooms in our home. I like the very quiet sleep mode timer feature which also adjusts the temperature setting for a more comfortable sleep. I also like the digital remote control.

Just installed 2 units - i had purchased 3 but found i didn't need the 3rd as they were so powerful.They are really quiet and effective - very impressed.The only criticism is that the directions were a little unclear and the first install was a little frustrating.

It's keeping me comfortable and is easy to use. I like the app that lets you set a schedule. Hopefully this will result in lower costs.
