This microwave with over the range exhaust came with our new home. We were informed that an external exhaust was unnecessary due to the microwaves filter. Not true. I cant cook food that generates even a modest amount of smoke on the burners and forget about using the air fry option.
This is a great micro wave does what it is supposed to do . It is nothing fancy but just a good workhorse of a microwave , so far we have had no problems, but do miss it not having a Timer as one other reviewer noted.
I bought this microwave to replace an older LG microwave. Pricing was the deciding factor but ultimately this microwave fits my needs. It doesnt have the same level of functionality as my last microwave the previous one had a sensor but many of those features were rarely/never used.
We like the microwave except it doesn't have a timer and I use a timer all the time. This is the only thing I don't like about it.
I bought the LG Microwave a week ago. Our 13 year old microwave went out on us it came with the house when we bought it. I was so excited to get to purchase a new one. Ive had LG products before and had been very satisfied with the products.
Very happy with the features the only complaint I had was the installer had to remove some of our custom trim pieces from oil cabinets to fit the microwave in and then we were left to try to reattach the trim pieces.
Its a good unit at a reasonable price. It did come with a bubble on the inside of the door. My only option according to LG is to take it back to Lowes . Its already installed so Im kind of stuck.

New microwave. Stopped heating after 18 months. LG no help - wasted time numerous calls. Out of one year warranty. Cost more to repair than buy new different brand.
Since December is been a lot problem with this microwave broken handle power failure and try to get service oh my gosh you are making it difficult and the fact that I have 4 different LG products in the house
