LG White 8,000 BTU Thru-the-Wall Air Conditioner - Energy Star

Glad I bought this just before the heat wave hit! Did a bit of comparison shopping first and decided on this unit. It cools the bedroom nicely, and comes with a remote. Because I use the Energy Saver mode, there's a noticeable noise when kicking in, but otherwise it's quiet enough for a sound sleep.

We bought this a few weeks ago because oir old unit was we think dying. It kept popping the breaker and it wouldn't work even on full blast well enough to cool the tiny 100 square foot room it was let alone the rest of the connected space it was meant to. But this LG unit is amazing!

Bought this about a month ago somewhat happy with it but it is very noisy

This cools well and seems to have lowered my electric bill. I was using a portable. However, the instructions for the installation are lacking. The diagrams in particular for the foam that goes between the wall sleeve and conditioner were impossible to figure out.

I bought this AC in June. It was a God send during the heat waves we had this summer. It worked well but I didn't like that it continuously turned on and shut off based on the temp. This might be me just learning the unit though.

This LG air conditioner is a fine example of modern technology. The energy saver feature is no joke. Unit cools room to set temperature quickly and cycles OFF,then runs only as needed to maintain setting. Awesome air conditioner. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I enjoyed doing business with AJ Madison. There was great customer! As far as the air conditioner itself I think it works wonderfully I have had no problems with it whatsoever .

Disliked the installation technique in instructions provided with unit but being mechanically inclined I was able to modify the method of installation . I first followed the provided installation method which I wasn't happy with.

OUTSTANDING A/C HAVE HAD ONLY ONE MONTH BUT ALL FUNCTIONS ARE SIMPLE AND EASY TO USE.. COOLS EXCELLENT AND MOST OF ALL IS THE SIMPLE AND EASY TO USE REMOTE

I purchased this A/C to replace a 1987 Panasonic that decided to die after 30 years. So far I am impressed with its ease of installation, cooling ability, remote operation and multiple functions. It is a little noisy on high fan, but that is not a problem for me.
