Partitioned off a portion of the garage, insulated it and installed work benches. Got this air conditioner to tame the heat. It is 97+ on the other side of garage which is just insulated. After a week of 'cooling' switched to econ mode and it has held a steady 75 degrees. Room is about 12x20x12.

Easy install, arrived intact, but does not adequately cool my 400 sq ft. room. It ran 2 days before the room reached 74 degrees. Cannot get room any cooler. Problem seems to be inadequate fan capacity. Air stream is cool, but the fan does not seem to have the needed force.

The AC unit fit perfectly in the wall sleeve that I installed earlier. It works great and love the various setting for different temp conditions.

Bit loud and you can’t adjust the way the air blows out. The lever in front don’t work. Other than that, it cools the room great.

I changed all the old acs boxes in an apartment building we have and needed new through the wall acs that fit in the new box. I bought 5 of the LG and 5 Friedrich Wall Master series in last 2 month. First 3 LG are working ok. The last 2 sound like a jet engine right after we installed them.

The A/C unit is great, however the response to the remote control is limited. We have other LG units in the house, and they all seem to have be better and quieter than other brands, but all are sub-par with respect to utility of the remote control.
