fits perfect - only unit that fits opening-older building- tried another brand but measurement was off 1/4"
I had another brand and more BTu's and this is more BTU's but, doesn't seem to cool off as well as the other brand. Otherwise it's fine.
It seems to work well, cycles to maintain the temperature.
