Our LG air conditioner is great. Our downstairs is now always at a consistent temperature. The energy saver shuts the air conditioner off when the rooms hit the desired set temp & then automatically goes back on when the rooms get warmer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would highly recommend this unit for small Apts, this a/c will cool my 480sq foot apt on low energy saving setting. 1 month into 1 of the warmest summers ever in MN. It has totally exceeded my expectations.

I was little apprehensive at first, because there were not many good reviews for this item. I and my husband installed this air-conditioner. It was not difficult, but be careful! It is heavy! I like this design. It is also working very very well! Now, I’d love to recommend this!

I purchased this in April, after reading reviews. I have an LG dvd player, and it has worked well for 6 years, so I gave their air conditioner a try. This through the wall unit , so far, runs quietly and efficiently! It seems to be powerful. It cools the air from my living area to my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't understand why exterior of a/c unit has no protective cover and coils and whole a/c is exposed to rain and lightning. Every unit my neighbors have and my previous A/C always had a cover

The unit itself is fine. Cools and blows well. It does not come with a sleeve, then the trim it goes with does not fit over the sleeve. Unless you really know what you are getting, I would be careful ordering this sight unseen; hard lessons learned.

I have not used yet since it is early in season. Based on my experience with other LG items, I don't expect any issues. Only thing I had wished for that it doesn't have is Bluetooth capability so that I could control by my phone to have it kick on when I am on my way home.

Love love love. It's an A/C with a remote that cools our 2 bedroom apartment effectively. I though I was going to lose my mind when ours broke. This is definitely a great purchase so far.

I bought and installed this air conditioner two weeks ago in the middle of a heat wave that hit New York City and it outperformed any air conditioner I ever owned. It cooled my living room and kitchen (more than 500 square feet) in less than 5 minutes.
