LG White 12,000 BTU Thru-the-Window Air Conditioner with Heat

This AC/Heat unit was bought for a tiny house. It doesn't heat well enough to warm even close to the unit. The AC worked pretty well this summer. The unit just went out. It was only 1 year & 1 mo old. It glowed and then stopped working. Save your money - don't buy this thing.

Over the years, I have grown to like this brand. My first product was a LG TV, and it lasted over 10 years, until lightning hit it. Ended up getting another one, and it is as good, or better. Now, to the AC. At first, it seemed to be a little loud, mainly when the compressor came on.

Great heater!! We haven't had to use the AC yet but this puts out a lot of heat and get our room toasty warm in a few minutes. Great buy :)

I installed through the wall to heat and cool a small house. works perfectly ! I am impressed how quiet running it is.

Keeps our small house comfortable even on the coldest nights. Haven't tried it during the summer yet.

What do you do when you have a good experience with a product and finally dies? you buy the same product. This unit cools/heats a very big area above a barn which has basic insulation, its never let us down. Great unit!

I would not recommend this air conditioner/heater, the main issue I have is that the thermostat is way off. Always at least 5 degrees off room temp, sometimes up to 10 degrees off temp. For example set it ot 73 degrees on heat and it fluctuates between 63 and 67. Second it rattles like crazy.

Disappointed with some dents during shipping, but does what it was bought to do.

purchased unit Jan 4 2018 plastic fan for condenser cooling came loose on motor shaft, waiting on warranty repairs

Plugged in my unit for the first time today fan came on no problem but compressor kicks on for about 3 seconds then bogs down and gives up. Very disappointed.
