I bought this a month or so ago. We love it. It goes above and beyond all our other airconditioners we have bought. This morning whe I first turned it on. Not so great...No idea what it's problem was. Left it off a couple of hours. Now it is awesome. So yes, I would recommend this a/c.

Almost a month now with this AC, the installation was a breeze, I am very pleased with it, it’s cooling my living room and kitchen along the way to the hallway on a 75 degree setting with the energy saver on. Just love it.I am glad I got this.

This has been such a hot, muggy summer, I don't think I would have survived without my new LG air conditioner.It is the perfect size for my apartment. I had some trouble with the "clean filter" button: I couldn't get the filter out!But a friend showed me.

Performance
Excellent unit. Replaced my similar BTU Frigidaire unit and WOW what a superior product! Better performance and output and better design. Plus has the LinQ app to control it when I am not at home. Very happy so far.

Quality, Features/Settings, Performance
I can not emphasize how much I love this A/C. We used 2 A/C's to cool Living, Dining, and kitchen. Now we use only this one. The 12,000 BTU is the right size for the space. Even on the very hotest days it stays super cool in here. The only complaint I have. Not a problem in any way.

Sorry to say that this air conditioner died less than 24 hours after it was installed. A technician was not available for a service call for a week. It has been returned.
The LG 12000 BTU is better than imagined. Its quiet and wonderfully efficient.
spent a couple of hours setting up the unit only to turn it on and find out that the a/c did not put out any cold air and the fan only worked on high.returned for a unit from another mfg that worked!
I bought this AC a month ago and I am so happy to use this product. This is Excellent AC to always my room cold. This is good AC to bought in this summer. You feel relax when you buy this AC.
