Broken LCD and loud while running
Only 1 star because you have to click at least 1 star. I wish there was negative stars. I bought this air conditioner used it for 1 summer, next spring turned it on it sounded like a helicopter, took almost 1 month of phone calls, emails and arguing to get it replaced while under warranty.
The AC is loud and only cools less than half of the square footage it claims to. AJ doesn’t care enough to do anything about it
This was the very first AC I've ever bought new. Its barely a month old ... WiFi has been an issue since I bought it (it does not stay connected. I've already called my internet provider many times about this. I think it's safe to say it's the AC). So that sucks ...

Easy to use, Quality, Performance
This is probably the best window AC unit I've ever owned. My living room is roughly 300sqft so this does sometimes feel like overkill, probably could have gone down to the 10,000BTU model, if not lower.

Quality, Performance
I bought this one month ago after reading the good reviews. Ami I happy with my purchase? Yes and no. Wonderfully built but this AC takes ages to cool down a small 3 /12 appartement like mine. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. If so please tell me.
