I bought my new window unit about a month ago and it works great! Cools my living/ dining very efficiently and is remarkably quiet. Love the Wi-Fi! I can turn the air on/off from a remote location...looking forward to it lasting as long as my last one!!

It's a bit loud. Especially with the fan set to 3. Awesome at cooling the large room so we're keeping it. App tells you the temperature of the room. Cool feature. Filter is super easy to remove, clean and put back. No more ripping off the face of the unit to get at the filter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to replace my aging LG 8K unit and was happy with the brand.The old one still works, but SEER ratings move each year, and this new one saves me 0.7 running amperes for the same output (BTU/hr).I'm NOT disappointed.

Finally I found the air conditioner that cools both connected rooms. I have a big kitchen/Livingroom they connect this air conditioner maintains both areas nice and cool sometimes too cool that I have to lower the fan speed. I recommend buying this product. Its worth the money. So happy with it.

I have had this installed now for two weeks. it works fine. it is a bit loud when the fan is on high. It really cools well. my 15'x15' room on the 3rd floor of my home is cool in under an hour. The remote is a nice feature. The Wifi is a bit tricky to get setup just really follow the instructions.
