We thought that the microwave was just that a microwave. Oh...Its much more Its like having two ovens in one unit. The upper features are nearly as good as the lower and a microwave to boot. The settings are straight forward and easy to understand and both the upper and lower units work flawlessly.
We bought this convection microwave/oven combination about a month ago. We have tried a lot of the features that are available and they have all functioned flawlessly, from softening cheese in the microwave to using the convection function in the microwave (the turntable rotates for even cooking and...
We were happy to finally get our combo unit that we purchased from Lowes. The right hand doesnt know what they were doing.. Also issues with install people. Complaint is also on control putting. It would be nice that at least the back ground was lite up. Hard to see other wise.
We remodeled our kitchen and replaced all appliances. This appliance has been the best choice of all of them. Design and functionality are superb. I think I'd have gone with all LG had I used this appliance before. We had already purchased and LG washer/dryer set and have been very satisfied.
Ive been using my new oven for about a month and have loved all the features The microwave is roomy and I love using it as a convection oven as its quick and it makes me feel better when I make a casserole for 2 Im hoping to use the steam cooking feature on some cod this weekend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced an older unit. Wish I would have done it years ago. Features and flexibility in cooking a greatly improved. With all the features we were concerned that it might be too high tech for us to use. Actually, it is very simple to operate.
Ive only had it a couple weeks but have used several of the different modalities. The microwave does NOT continue to chime and stops as soon as the door is opened. The lower oven preheats much quicker than my old oven and the convection oven really seems to cut the baking time.
