The LG 49WQ95C is an excellent monitor, but it’s quite expensive, making it only worth the money if you need a single ultrawide display for both professional color-critical work and gaming.

Accurate, consistent and vibrant colors; high pixel density, Quick response time, low input lag, Plenty of features, including VRR up to 144Hz, Ergonomic stand and rich connectivity options, including USB-C with PD and KVM

IPS glow and mediocre contrast ratio (as expected from this panel technology), Poor HDR image quality, Expensive at MSRP
I went from a quad 27" setup to this ultrawide plus an additional 27" LG to the side. It's the perfect adjustment for a working environment with essentially the same amount of screen real estate, and avoids the dreaded neck-destroying position when looking up at monitors.

Quality, Style/Design
I recently purchased the LG 49WQ95C- W, and I must say, I am highly satisfied with my purchase. The clear and bright picture quality is exceptional, and the curve is just right, providing an immersive viewing experience.

Features/Settings, Performance
I called support to determine how the 49BQ95C-W is different from the 49WQ95C-W.All of the specifications appear to be the same.I wish LG would do a better job of updating their website support questions like this could be determined.
upgrading from LG 49WL95C-W gaming on the 49WQ95C-W is worthwhile improvement. same great monitor with better internal

Excellent monitor. I really like it so far, but I just may need to get bigger desk :)

Quality
The most I like about is the color, which is vibrant and rich. The screen is matte but the colors appears like the screen is glossy. Maybe the screen is physically made less matte.

Quality
Picture quality is excellent, high refresh rate and great IPS color accuracy. The build quality is also good. But as a productivity monitor I would rate it very low. The USB Hub features in this monitor simply do not work as advertised.

Style/Design, Quality
Purchased 2 of these and have them side by side next to a wall. Because the control is a joystick on the back of the monitor it is near impossible to work the controls. Very bad design.
This monitor could be great, the one thing holding it back is the two downstream USB ports operate at 2.0 speeds instead of the advertised USB 3.0.This means the internet connected over a USB ethernet adapter is slower than wifi.
