LG WM4000HBA 4.5 cu. ft. Front Load Washer

I'm generally happy with the washer. It has the cycles I need and it seems to get my clothes clean. However, I am finding multiple capacity issues that I didn't have with my previous washing machine. First, the recommendation that I only wash one blanket at a time.

This product posses a few flaws 1)where it develops mold in the rubber gasket on the front of machine requiring regular cleaning unless you favor the smell of mildew. 2) that the machine will happily run with the cleaning door open in the bottom of the machine.

Good quality washer that cleans well. However, The Owner's Manual is of little help in actual machine operation. The online manual isn't much better. My biggest complaint is that all wash cycles are tightly programmed and do not allow the user to select/change things like Temperature, Soil level nor...

Excellent washer! We received the washer installed it, and checked to make sure that it was as close to perfectly level as possible. Ran a test load ( towels on Rinse and Spin ) through it as instructed in the installation manual. We were shocked how quiet the washer is.

I was looking for a replacement with more advanced features and found this lovely LG. Cant get enough of its turbowash feature, provides the deepest clean for my laundry. Looks beautiful in my closet with my LG dryer to match

Unbelievable that it has no drum light. When you look at the advertisements, it deceptively looks like there is one. Much lower priced models from this and other companies have one. This model with "AI" and all the other 12 wash cycles and the other bells and whistles does not!! What a let down.

I was first introduced to LG frontload washer and dryer in the new condo that I purchased as a vacation home. It was love at first sight and I liked it so much that I purchased another one for my permanent home. The features are very convenient giving the user many options when washing and drying.

A great upgrade from our older LG washer. We really like the push notifications and Google Home announcements when the wash is completed. No more stinky clothes from being forgotten.It misses getting the 5th star because it is not easy to install.

The drain hose that comes with this washer was only about 4' long, not long enough to reach to drain pipe. LG need to install at least 6' drain hoses as not every customer has a new construction house to install units.
