I love this washing machine! I have no problems with it at all. It even has programmable cycles you can make and use. It uses less water and detergent and holds more clothes. If yours stops draining, do not just buy another drain pump.

got this washing machine after my Maytag bite the dust. It is fabulous. I love the HUGE tub. It even cleans better than my old Maytag. But that washer lasted me for 18 years. Hope this one goes as long. It washes fabulously and spins dry so DRY. I cant say enough how happy I am with this machine.

I purchased this machine about a month ago because a mouse got into my other washer and chewed through the wiring harness. The repair man suggested I get a top loading machine because it is difficult for mice to get into them. It is a very nice looking and quiet running machine.

We bought our new washer about a month ago and once it arrived and was installed we immediately started using it. It is so easy to use holds very large loads and offers many great cycle options. The load complete tune is so cheerful too. My only wish is that it had a downloadable cycle for jeans.

After less than 4 years the thing quit agitating. It senses and spins, but basically quit washing. This is a classical sign for the clutch assembly being bad.Now, there is a 10- year warranty on the direct drive, right?
