We recently pruchased a Kenmore He washing machine that although it worked will was so loud that it was unbearable. So we looked for a replacement. The Consumer Report analysis gave this model high marks on all key points so we purchased it. We purchased it a few weeks ago and so far so good.

After 18 years of use a control knob went out on our Maytag Atlantis washer. After reading MANY reviews we decided on the LG 7600 model and are happy we did. I have had this washer and dryer combinations for less than 2 years and am experiencing rust around and under the bleach compartment. I have called LG and they do not stand by their product nor do they offer any assistance.

After giving away two new washers in the last 5 years because of noise and vibration we took a chance on this LG. This machine is so quiet during wash and to our surprise during the spin cycles that it has completely amazed us. This washer is exceptional.

I had a LG wash and it last around 8 years no problems untill it finally gave out so I think if you dont want any small problems go with this one
