Attaches to the angled spotting scopes as described. Not useable on the straight spotting scopes. Resulting Image is acceptable at the lower magnifications but the Image is soft from center to edge at the higher magnifications.
This Leica 1.8x extender is just amazing.i use it on my Leica 82 spotting scope.at 90x is just fantastic.it is incredible how close you can get to view the bird.this setup with the Leica 82 spotting scope is just mind blowing.i am so very happy I bought this .
I use this on my Leica APO 82MM Spotting Scope. The Leica Scope is a Fantastic Scope. This extender allows me to go beyond 50X when the situation warrants a higher magnification. It gives me a very clear view up to about 70X.
