I’m sold on the Triflex HX1 Pro's stand-up convenience, three-way modularity, powerful suction, and other unique attributes, but it is not perfect.

We have enjoyed the versatility and no cords...It's light to handle and easy to use... We keep both batteries charged and we can vacuum the whole house with carpet upstairs and hardwood floors downstairs in a 4000 sq foot home with 3 cats and one dog.. Very nice vacuum.

Dirt container too small. Otherwise a great product.

The machine itself has good suction and multiple attachments to use it in a variety of ways. The cons are that the battery lasts about 40 minutes tops. Maybe even less than that. Not even close to the 120 minutes that the description claims.

So far I love this vacuum. I have a dog that sheds a lot so I wanted a cordless vacuum for less hassle. The battery lasts quite a while and it picks up all the hair!

Nice design, accessories compatible with all Miele vacuum cleaners. Poor battery performance, expensive, below average customer support.

Good suction but cleaning out the canister is messy and not very well thought out by Miele.

Love my new Miele stick vac! It is easy to use. Brilliant pick up of dust and dirt. It came with two batteries, but I have never run out of power vacuuming my large house using just one battery. Highly recommended purchase by this household :)
