This is my family's second machine. My sibling has owned one of these for a few years now. Very well made and does it's job. Only complaint is the water carafe is annoying to place on the back of the machine , much easier to pour water into it without removing it.

This product worked great for 11 months and now it isn’t working anymore. Also knock off pods aren’t good at all. I’ll most likely get a different brand this next time around

The Nespresso capsules are nothing like the k-cups. Period. The coffee is just so much more superior (and the price tag does reflect that as well…). Since I drink all my coffee black, I feel like I can really give an opinion about the quality of the beans and flavors – because I taste the difference...

This is the third Nespresso machine I've bought, and it works perfectly. I like that it turns off automatically after a period of inactivity. I think the only slight downside is that you can't see how full the hopper gets of used cartridges, and occasionally when it gets too full you can no longer...

It does make a tasty cup of coffee but it has a few annoying design flaws. 1-You can use only a very small (4oz) cup, if you use a taller cup you have to tilt it by hand to keep it in place, weird. 2-It is noisy (but not too too bad). It's the cheapest unit I found so you get what you pay for.

I have had this for a few years and it works great. Use it a work, make about 5 cups a day. It has always worked as needed. Consistently makes a great cup of coffee.

We have had this machine for a year and a half. It works like a champ and is delicious. We use both the small and lungo settings. We have only used the Nespresso brand capsules, but my parents have the same machine and have great results with other brands of capsules.

Not a big coffee drinker before I got this machine but now am loving my occasional cappucino or latte. The pods are pricey so wait for a sale, plus there are no Nespresso stores near me. The handle is not for carrying. It is to lock the machine to brew. I got the aeroccino milk frother too.
