Great machine. User friendly and compact. Makes excellent espresso, just like other Nespresso models. Have been using it for 2 years at this point together with the frother- no complaints. LOVE IT!

I enjoyed the machine. After some time, about a year, the coffee began to pour out in the inside tray, not through the spout. See many users online to whom this happened as well.

Nearly two years of daily use and this unit is perfect. This came at a great price and was sized perfectly to take little space on our worktop. The fact that you can swivel the reservoir a full 180 degrees means it fits anywhere. Unit is small enough to take on trips.

I have this exact same unit and I absolutely adore it! It makes delicious espresso in no time and has 3 different settings so that you can choose how strong you'd like it to be. It's incredibly easy to clean and refill the water reservoir and shuts off automatically, which is a plus.

Makes very good espresso and easy to use. We like to make doubles and we use a 4 oz cup. After a couple of times the coffee maker recognizes what you like and it automatically makes the double.

received this as a gift. love how compact it is. reliable and easy to use. never have to wait in line for a great cup of coffee.

they sad if i open a box, then i can not return it. but what if its stop working after a few weeks? what i have to do? just throuw my money in a trash?
