The Nikon Action VII and Action EX are among some of the most recommendable pairs of binoculars. Making the most of Porro prisms they can combine a decent image quality with a low price. Are Aculons A211 going to repeat the success of the Action VII series? What are their good and bad points?

olid casing at this price point,, sensible astigmatism correction,, very low distortion,, large apparent field of view of eyepieces,, low vignetting of BaK-4 prisms,, more or less round exit pupils situated against a quite dark background,, sensible price/quality ratio.

weak correction of chromatic aberration,, distinct coma,, weak image quality on the edge of the field,, the ocular bridge could have been more stable.
thought the focus would be a little better , crisp image but found fucus not to be the greatest

tripod quality, focus mechanism, Doesn't focus real well
These binoculars were a great purchase for bird watching. The clarity and definition can't be beat at this price point. My son and I each bought a set and we couldn't be more pleased.
I got these on a 20% off sale. But if you can not get crystal sharp images, then they are just no good at all. I bought these for astronomy use. For some things, you don't need super magnification. I figured that Nikon was going to be great quality. Yes, I know how to work the separate eye pieces.
I use these for both bird watching and my local area car and boat drag racing. The magnification and clarity are great for events that attend.
Good binoculars for the price. Images clear and sharp, not so heavy. I am quite satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend to all.
