When you get used to working with a compact system such as Micro Four Thirds, you also start to consider compact accessories. You have a small camera and tiny lenses, so you obviously want a small flash as well.
It’s a diminutive yet sturdy and capable flash offering GN 40 at ISO 100 and 105mm, making it very powerful.
This is coming from a Nikon setup using my beloved SB-400 and switching over to a Sony A6000, so most of my points are a comparison to that. Pros: In general, great little flash. 4 AA gives it a lot of power and seems to last a decent amount of time on rechargeables.
Very adjustable, with dials that make it easy to change. Worked well both in the hotshoe and off the camera. Nice carrying case and diffuser that came with it. Would recommend it to all looking for a compact flash.
This is a great little flash. It's so convenient having the control dials on the flash so I don't have to access the menus on the flash or camera.
An excellent small flash that well suites both the size and capacity of my Sony A7 R2. Handy, powerful and packed with some very good features like high-speed synchronization.

Bought the flash for a trip to The Bahamas --- on the first night of use a loud pop noise came from the flash. Become inoperable. After inspection found that the hot shoe was burnt. Now i need to bring the camera to be exchanged due to possible damage to the electronics.

I have used this flash for portraits, macro, off camera ttl, off camera wireless manual and with minor adjustments it works. HSS, no problem. Exposure Compensation, no problem. Compact and powerful. All you need to power it are 4 AA batteries.
the only problem is its HSS can not work after xpro2's firmware upgrade.
I've had this flash for almost 2 years now. During that time I upgraded from X-T1 to X-T2. I appreciate that the company has performed mail in firmware updates for free, which not only allowed me to use with the X-T2, but also they've now added high speed sync (HSS).
