This premium optic from Olympus for Micro Four Thirds system compatible cameras costs around £650 and offers a wide field of view equivalent to a 24mm lens on a 35mm camera, internal focusing and a fast f/2 maximum aperture.
Although this lens comes at a premium price point, you get premium build and premium optical quality. The wide aperture is very useful for taking images in low light conditions and this dinky metal lens makes a perfect companion for street photography due to its compact size and excellent...

The Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 12 mm f/2.0 ED is a very solid lens. In most testing categories it fared well or very well; it had some slip-ups but, fortunately, not very serious ones. The maximum MTF values could have been a bit higher and they weren’t – it is one thing that you might regret.

small, compact and very solid casing at the same time,, very good image quality in the frame centre,, decent or good image quality on the edge of the frame,, slight chromatic aberration,, good work against bright light,, efficient and accurate autofocus.

a bit too high coma level,, high distortion,, significant vignetting at the maximum relative aperture,, modest standard accessory kit.
I purchased this to use with my drone. Optics are great. If you are using this product for a drone aircraft, I would also get the hood, UV filter, and a 2-stop 46 mm ND filter. I would not purchase the circular polarizer.
I mainly use this product for my DJI Osmo Pro. The angle is wide enough where you can be at an arm's length away to take a picture of you and it will capture your face and shoulders and it being a 24mm equivalent makes it perfect for landscapes. As far as image quality goes, this does hold well.
The image quality of this lens is excellent, with both great resolution and contrast. The solid metal construction and fine finish is what I expect in pro-level glass. The quality of the Olympus 12mm f/2.0 lens and beautiful appearance of the images reminds me of my Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8G ED.
This lens is extremely sharp and fast. I have not had it for long, but the build feels very solid. I often use the Canon 24mm TS II & 17-40mm on a 5D Mark III, and the results are very comparable with this lens on an OMD EM1.
Beautiful color, flares and sharpness. It's now my go to lens on my X5. With aerial uav photography flares are present and unavoidable and this lens as attractive flares. It's nicely made and well worth getting.
Good lens for my Panasonic GH4 that is mounted to my DJI S900 Great pictures great lens.
