weaker lateral chromatic aberration correction than that of rivals,, noticeable spherical aberration,, too high astigmatism,, problems with performance against bright light.
The AU$1999 price tag puts the M.Zuiko Digital ED 25mm f/1.2 PRO lens squarely into the 'premium' product category.
This is a premium lens that yields exquisite results. It may have a premium price, as well, but fortunately, it's worth every penny, providing optical performance worthy of the price tag. Generally, you know if you need a lens with this huge aperture size, and it's not for the faint of heart.
This lens is excellent. There's no way to exaggerate this. I thought that the lens would show some limitations due to the high number of elements, and I was surprised to see how accurate the lens is. It is scientific in its capture.
The bokeh and resolving power of this lens is excellent. It works perfectly with a my new OMD EM1 Mk II.
Maravilloso.
Wonderful bokeh! Great build quality!
I've been using this lens for a few months now. Has to be the sharpest and fastest focuses lens i have ever used. Currently using it with an EM1 Mark ii. Feels amazing, looks and is solid, bokeh is absolutely outstanding. The detail you get from this lens is amazing. Also very good for video.
