Panasonic HC-VX1 4K HD Camcorder

This camera performs better in low-light conditions than any camera I have used before in the amateur-enthusiast range. Plenty of nice functions. Wish the MP4 mode wasn't so limited, but AVCHD is an okay format anyway.

Good Points: The camera's video results are excellent. The 4k superb quality, like watching regular tv programmes or a movie. Sound reasonable but still room for improvement. Considering nearly everything on this camera can be achieved with a new iphone was hoping for something a bit extra.

Good Points: Value for money-wise, I doubt you can beat this camera. It's as close to a professional camera as it's possible to get for less than £500.Improvement Points: I have bought the larger battery as the battery supplied with the camera could struggle with a full day's filming.

use it as a c-cam to my wedding setups. even if lower light venues (but not absolute low lights - only sony a7s series will save you there) - this produces an amazing picture quality to have as backup on crane or tripod. great image, crisp and clear, 4k, compact.

Very good image. Good funcionality. Nice zoom amplitude. Very nice camera.
