very sharp view; easy to focus; the best i have ever had for close vision down to about two feet; light weight and compact; nice diopter and interocular adjustments.it's mostly plastic if not all plastic, and i wonder about its durability and hope for the best.

This binocular is a big step above other pocket/butterfly binoculars I have tried in the past. Its very comfortable and easy to use, with good eye relief and easy-to-hold view. Close focus is outstanding, none better that I know of.

These binoculars appealed to me due to their ability to focus at a very close distance (18 inches). I've used them to view hummingbirds as well as insects at a close distance and found that they provide a clear and sharp image.

I bought these for their close up capability. I already have a pair of Nikon 8x25 porro prism's. These are significantly better at distance as well, despite being smaller and weighing about a third less.

I purchased them because I enjoy watching Butterflies and other insects.I plan to use them to view the many varieties of Dragonflies that reside at the Bitter Lake NWR in Roswell, NM.

They are as clear as myZeiss binoculars, plus you can look at things close up. They are a lot of fun. Would be great for kids.
