I am using this kit as the fill light for a small studio setup and a portable studio. Along with this one item I purchased 3 other Phottix Mitrox flashes. The umbrella creates the fill light. My main light is a Westcott Rapid-Box using the a Phottix flash unit.
Excellent product. going to purchase a second one to sync multiple flashes together. Having the flash being the transceiver is a huge benefit.
I have used all of Canon's flashes except for the new 600 and I have to say the Mitros+ is head and shoulders above the Canon's. The usability and versatility of these flashes are just awesome.
The flash is very good and powerful and works very well as an Odin transmitter or receiver. The manual was not included with my flash. I had to find it on the internet. The manual is very incomplete and actually does not explain how to use it in Odin mode, nor does it show that menu at all in the...
Bought this and another plottix flash for off camera flash and the ability to change settings from the controller. works great.
Did not come with instructions, youtube videos are 5 years old so new changes are nowhere to be found. I downloaded instructions from website but no helpful videos there either..Talked to technical dept and he agreed with me that they need some..
bought for off camera flash. this is a second phottix flash. works great.
berry helpful flash, recycle time is very short, quality is top of the line, doesn't fill chip at all berry convenience to have a transmitter, receiver and flash in the same body
I like my Mitros more then my Canons. Great Flash.
