I started with the Ddj 400 and although many suggested I upgrade to the Ddj 1000 I needed more portability so I decided on the Ddj 800 and couldn’t be more happier. Plus I wasn’t in need of having 4 Channels. I made a great choice now all I need is a flight case .
I upgraded my controller from a Denon DN-MC6000 to a Pioneer DDJ-800 and I have ZERO regrets this controller delivers in so many ways. I love the functions and ease of use of this controller. I would highly recommend this controller to anyone.

Excellent Craftsmanship, Great Sound, Highly Responsive
Got a few months ago, only played a handful of times as busy at work and home, but I love the DD-800. My only thing is since I got my DDJ-800, I have also brought decks and is now thinking I should have gone for the DDJ-1000.
This controller is like the high end pioneer 3000 with features like the 3000. Solid build, a club feel, great jog wheels and rubber buttons and knobs. Makes you feel like you are in a big crowd, specially Rekordbox,A combination of both is a killer..
Had SR2 previously and thought that was great but the 800 is another level completely & Rekordbox is way better than Serato too
The ddj 800 is perfect for dj mobile ,good size and performance ,The mic output is perfect for talk or karaoke the power ovtput ir very clear im like this controller.
I never dj before and a lot of people always say start off with the cheapest controller.Yeah,you can start with the cheapest one but this controller caught my eyes as soon as i got it and man, it's been the best i went all out to get this cause i look back if i had gotten a different controller i...
The ddj 800 is a fantastic controller. It's definitely for the more advanced DJ. It is insanely easy to set up and a joy to use.
I'm so impressed with this controller that I wish I had bought it earlier. I'm a beginner at DJ'ing....but i feel like a pro. I still have alot to learn but I'm glad I bought this particular one because I wont ever have to upgrade. I'm COMPLETELY satisfied.
Got this for my DJ partner and he loves it. He wanted a DDJ1000 like mine but didn't have the money. It's a very comparable piece of equipment although if you have the money go for the 1000 or FLX10
