Polk Audio Signa S2 2.1-Channel Soundbar System

I purchased this system about 2 weeks ago and I was really impressed with the sound. I am a bit of an audiophile and it's amazing what a subwoofer will do for your tv sound. After making connections with the HDMI, don't forget to press tv button on the remote to get that sound to finally play.

It sounds great for the price! What an improvement over just the TV speakers! It was very easy to setup and I really like the fact that it has a wireless subwoofer.

The sound was good but the on and off features did not seem to work as expected. The sound. Bar would turn on when the tv powered on. If you did not want the Sound bar to be on at the same time you could manually shut off the sound bar with the Polk audio supplied remote control after you shut off...

Sounds good bass is better than my old Samsung I had

Moving from an A/V system to a sound bar was a big step of faith. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the richness and quality that this Polk Audio sound bar has is comparable to my old A/V system. Happy with my purchase!

Great audio and it is on when watching television or playing the radio from my phone.

The sound is pretty good. But the remote hardly works. There is no numeric indication of what level volume you are at. The only indicators are 4 small dots. These only indicate when the speaker is on, what input is being used and if you have a special mode on- not which one - just that one is on.

I was shocked at the ability of the sound bar and subwoofer to create a convincing surround from just 1 area! I have had 5.1 surround speakers and wires everywhere for over 20 years. I was skeptical that I would be happy with a 2.1 system with Bluetooth rather than wires, but it works.

Out of the box set up with my LG was pretty simple. I bought this product about 5 months ago. I used the optical cable. It worked well until now. The TV remote no longer controls the sound bar. Sound quality is still way better than the TV, but the remote supplied is a little clunky at best.

This sound bar was easy to set up and worked immediately. The bass and treble balance was very good to our ears, not overly "EQed". An especially helpful feature for older ears is the ability to emphasize the spoken dialogue in a movie or show. We are very pleased with its performance.
