Okay, so the initial setup can be a pain. I use this on my Mac which it may not be optimized for, however, after a lot of switching camera feeds it finally just started working, with no issues. I have no idea who what when where or why, but it started working.

So this camera looks great and the ring light is very nice to help if you don't have a ton lighting for streaming. However their has been a huge firmware issue on this webcam for about 4 months that resets the setting you put on the camera as well as making the picture go very dark when restarting...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't think that a web camera could get any better than this. This camera has a built-in light that helps illuminate you while on camera. This makes for a better picture and more professional appearance while conferencing or streaming.

I bought this to replace a basic camera for telemed appointments. This Kiyo has a terrific picture, captures clear sound and installs itself. The light is favorable in color rendition, fills well and makes one look good! Not sure what else you could want.
