I absolutely love this range. I do have to keep my manual handy because it's definitely an upgrade from my old one. The double oven 1 door feature is brilliant!

I love the dual oven. I have not had a problem like others with the oven divider. The variable size elements fit various size pots affording great control over the heating elements. My only problem has been that when preheating the oven I have to allow an extra 15 minutes, as the temp.

The convection oven(s) work great. We have enjoyed those. However the burner tops heat slow, much slower than our previous glass top GE range. Also the "fast boil" burner is a joke. There is no fast boil there, in fact it is slower than the other burners. I would not buy again.

I bought the range from HH Greg in March of 2015. I was doing renovations to my kitchen so it was not installed until September 2015. In December my wife was using the left front burner, turned it off and when she returned the glass was cracked from front to back.

The glass top keeps cracking 2nd time within 3 years same spot, nothing dropped on it. It cracks on the Lf. front burner, the one my wife uses the most.Not really a two oven system. You have to cook a pizza on the very bottom rack so the bottom will cook.

Faulty wiring in control panel. This model manufacture date Sept 2014 started on fire on its own while we were away. Back panel caught fire and burned kitchen. Entire house affected with smoke and sut damage. Fire investigator report confirms.

I have this for 2 years, but Dual surface cooktop burner can not be adjusted now. It's still in the high when I turn on it. Who know why?

Purchased April 2012. Problems with maintaining oven temperature started Nov 2014. Samsung replaced main control board at our cost ( out of warranty) Feb 2015. Sep 2015, Turned on range burner, sparks came flying out the control know. stove and oven do not work. 3+ years of use - useless range.

The oven cooks excellent but the steam function on it doesn't really clean nothing, you still have to go with the 2 hours self cleaning in order to get it clean. You can definitely save time by cooking two meals at the same time with the separator.

Id would like to give this oven five stars as I love the solution to offering both a dual oven and a full sized oven in one package HOWEVER... the partition switch is poorly designed in that the switch has to be pressed nearly all the way down by the partition to be recognized by the oven, so even...
