I bought this last Christmas. My house is undergoing renovations and I was finally able to get it installed today. It does not work, went on-line with Samsung, for help. It took well over an hour for them to finally agree to send a technician.

Bought this garbage in the last week of May. It broke the next week and since then samsung has sent technician 4 times already. I have been washing utensils by hand for last 2 months and have spent countless hours speaking to Samsung Customer Support. It has been a nightmare for me.

It was the worst product I had ever bought from Samsung. Did not work even for a week. It stops mid-cycle, and the door opens up with unclean dishes. and I have been washing the dishes by hand for the last two months. Samsung sent a technician four times, and they could not fix it.

Good dishwasher overall but disappointed with the amount of rewashing we are having to do compared to our older dishwasher. The outer covering also cracked-from what we assume is the heat from the dry cycle-it would’ve cost too much to replace it, so we will deal with it.

This is junk. Reported to samsung. Technician came 3 times. Dishwasher still does not wash well.

I bought my dishwasher in April 2022, it worked fine for the first couple of months until I started getting two error messages PC and 4C. We followed the troubleshooting and still giving me the error messages. I’ve called Samsung for service they believe there maybe something wrong with the unit.

Had to have it repaired 2 months in. The Bar stuck in the back and dished at the front were not being washed. Just scheduled second repair at 9 months. It isn't draining. It does clean well when its working.

unit is brand new and upon first use the auto release feature does not work regardless of the cycle selected. made sure the machine showed a1 that the auto release feature is enabled.

I have had this dishwasher for 10 months now. It cleans great. I love the features, however I can not give it a 5 star rating. We've had to have it repaired twice. A piece broke off the moving wand in the bottom of the dishwasher and the second time the computer went out. It needs repair again now.

let's start with the positives: amazingly quiet! we had to check to make sure it was actually on. i also don't understand the complaints about cleaning. our glasses, plates, silverware, pots/pans look amazing.
