The Samsung HW-S800B is good for mixed usage. It's a unique bar with a slim design that's ideal for those who don't have a lot of space in their setup, and it supports a lot of different audio formats.

So you purchased your new 2022 Samsung QN90B , and while you enjoy the speakers and sound they produce, you want something with more punch. Let’s face it, even the best TV speakers and Samsung’s 2022 Neo-QLED lineup have excellent speakers, but they aren’t enough to give you a more theater-like...
The Samsung HW-S800B rewrites the book on what an ultra-slim soundbar can achieve, with an expansive front soundstage, noticeable overhead effects, and deep bass from its compact subwoofer. It’s handles Dolby Atmos with skill, although its delivery is understandably front heavy.

Who wouldn’t like a minibar in their home cinema?
The Samsung HW-800B hits you with really impressive Dolby Atmos positional audio from an impossibly slight soundbar. Going small does put some limits on the sound and means you lose out on some desirably features, but as a solution for people with low TV stands, it's unbeaten.

+
Strong Dolby Atmos height and sound positioning, Great sound balance overall, Riduculously small physical volume

No HDMI passthrough or eARC, Mid-range struggles at times, Lots of controls, but no screen
Fantastic sound from a super slim and sleek design.

Pairing the sound bar to my Samsung Frame TV was quick and easy. The audio is so good. I listen to a lot of Spotify with heavy bass and have no complaints with this sound bar.

Sometimes when I turn on my Frame TV the sound bar doesn't turn on automatically with it and it can be annoying when it happens.
I have two Samsung soundbars, this one connected to a 50" Samsung Frame TV and one bought a couple of years ago at around £250. By comparison, this one is incredible, filling the room with sound and bass that shakes the windows. It also goes much louder whilst remaining very clear.
