window is getting smaller because of the digital display that they put on the middle , they should put it on the right side. there is no 1 button 30 sec start , you press the 30 button then the start . It should start right away by pushing the 30 minute button
I love the look of this microwave; so much so that I even opted for the matching fridge without a handle. The unit has way more features than I'll probably ever explore or care to use, but it works well.
The touch buttons on the glass screen work sometimes. It shouldn't be that hard to press the buttons but it takes many tries to get it to work.This microwave came with the house we just purchased and it isn't that old but is a pain to us.
Nice looking Microwave. However, glass touch type buttons are a little miss aligned. When you press time of other settings the actual sensor is off to one side. So you find yourself pushing several times until you get it.

Confusing Display
from the get go the buttons were very tempermental. it has only gotten worse with time. i tried all the troubleshooting with no joy. samsung was not willing to help.
The clean lines are elegant. Stainless steel is indeed resistant to finger prints.
I just love this microwave, not just beautiful, but this microwave cooks very good. Had to get use to the bigger door but now I am fine with it. My husband picked this one out, and very happy that he did.
