1st unit arrived DOA; took 3 months to replace; design flaw has electronic control boards placed at rear of oven making repairs difficult; 2nd unit has worked with no issues; love its features including heavy gauge racks particularly the pull-out gliding rack with handle; choice of hi/lo broil...

ever since we got this amazing oven, we have not stopped baking, grilling, steaming, etc... super easy to use, it bakes loaves of bread, pastries, and cakes to perfection. roasts are cooked perfectly too creating crunchy crusts and sealing moisture inside.
I should not have waited this long, but this oven works amazingly and has terrific feature.
