The Samsung Printer ProXpress M3320ND doesn't offer any notable strengths, but it's a potentially good fit as a basic mono laser for a micro or small office.

Duplexer and 250-sheet paper capacity standard, 770-sheet maximum. Single-sheet manual feed. Ethernet.

No multipurpose tray.
Well, it's a sub-$100 mono printer. Initial impressions are good. Print quality is fine, the duplex printing is reasonably snappy (although it's not all handled internally like on higher end models), and--best of all--it's very quiet and doesn't throw out tons of heat.

Print quality reasonable, Apparently comes with 3000 pg toner, Quiet, Goes to sleep immediately (no fan)

6.5 seconds from cold to printed is a lie. More like 10-15, which, to be fair, is still quicker than 90% of printers I've encountered., Build quality doesn't seem that great, but it's Samsung, so this is definitely expected.
M3820DW seems to be a better option. Can override default settings through menu system on printer, which cannot be done with software.

Good build quality, attractive price.

Software doesn't effectively change printer settings, problems with MP tray feeds. Limited online support.
I spoke directly to Samsung looking for a specific printer, they said this would handle my needs . well NO it wont, 3 days and still can't get envelopes printed and i'm losing business over it. I will be calling today and voicing my opinion to them.
This is great printer for the home office with medium-duty use. It has a nice and cotained paper tray like the heavy-duty models you might see at the office. The optional 5000-page toner cartridge is reasonably priced. For the quality and options this printer offers you can't beat the value.
I purchased this printer to be compatible with my Mac OS X10 El Capitan operating system. After connecting it, I found it to have all kinds of printing problems such as, I would get error messages sometimes when trying to print, it would say "Printer not online.
I love the way I can scan documents directly to a thumb drive that is easily attached to the front of the scanner. Scanning multiple documents is also easier with the prompt screen. This low cost and valuable printer/scanner makes my office work that much more productive.
