I bought this for my father and he is so happy with it he keeps talking about how clear it is and when he watches sports he talks about seeing water on blades of grass is how clear it is and i play my xbox on it and its almost like looking out the window clear like im there oh and sound quality is...

My TV came well protected with an outer box and bubble wrap, then the tv box. Easy to set up, and the screen protector came right off. They must have learned from the previous comments, as mine had a tab to take off the film, so it was easy to identify and remove. I am very happy with my purchase!!

The TV is fine. I like it much better than my outdated 32" roku TV that I bought four years ago. My one gripe it that the remote doesn't work. Resetting it only works for a couple of clicks before it stops responding. I've even plugged it in to charge and that didn't help.

So easy to set up and the picture is wonderful… most of the apps that you’ll want are preloaded. A few things that I had to mess with for setup, but easy enough for this 69 yr old to figure out…..because i have this in my bedroom, no sound bar, but I wish the volume was a bit better.

Buying a new TV for the first time in over 8 years. Smart features have really come a long way! I researched and compared extensively and this kept coming up at the top in not the cheapest, but among the best value and features for the price. I am loving it so far. Easy to set up even for its size.

Perfect picture, great color. Sound isn't to bad. Screen is very reflective so make sure its in a spot away from any windows.

After 5 months of just weekend use, it stopped working .

Terrible remote control. I did not expect such a bad decision from Samsung. I had to buy additional remotes and not all of them work correctly. I do not advise you to buy TVs with such remotes, you will suffer.

There is no NBA app. You will have to spend a lot more money to buy another device just to stream League Pass games. The apps and UI are poorly designed and slow but the total lack of NBA app is beyond unacceptable.

Mine has been operating crisply and nicely as a pc monitor for around 4 months now and is holding up wonderfully so far, especially nice since I grabbed it on sale. I have a q80r and they went missing online when I got to the point that I wanted another one.
