Yes I got this washer just a little over a month ago maybe less I've been wanting to get a washer for over 20 years in my house this is putting it off for a certain reasons but since I've done it it has me like so much easier for me I like all this functions I like the little musical tone in the end...

We are very happy with the washer, and with the dryer that matches it. Both are easy to use with nice options. I Always recommend Samsung products.

This washer does a good job cleaning. We have run many loads of military uniforms and kids clothes through it and it cleans well. I struggled with giving this even 4 start though due to a feature that I HATE. At the end of the cycle this unit plays a "tune" for almost 30 seconds.

this washer has an end of cycle alarm that cannot be silenced, not good for sleeping family members.it spends way too much time trying to figure out what to do with the laundry rather than washing it. maybe 15% of the time it just sits there trying to analyze the wash.

I’replaced my old washer and dryer a month ago. Love how quiet it is. First Samsung appliance i have had. I will definitely buy Samsung in the future

I bought my washer about 10 months ago and it works great

Its a piece of junkThe washet doesnt allow hot water washing, only luke warm.It doesnt drain all the wash water out b4 rinsingLid lock is so u dont notice that water fill is not like normal. Water doesnt cover clothes. When washing comforters, the comforters have dry spots.

I've had my washer for less than 24 hours. By the time I did a second load I noticed the spin cycle was extremely long. 3rd load and it was on spin cycle for 37 minutes. I got a feeling my electric bill is going to cost more than the washer itself in a few months. Love everything else but that.

Bought the washer this year and I’m very happy with it. I like it because it’s wide enough with the middle tool that helps wash the clothes.

I bought the dryer 3 months ago. I'm having problems with the timer/ sensors. Samsung technician recommended to shorten the exhaust vent. We did what we were told, yet the issue persist. The warranty only covers parts and tech visits. Samsung can't do appliances. They are bad at it.
