Sharp R1210 Black 1.5 cu. ft. Capacity Countertop Microwave

Bought this as a replacement for the same model. If you need an over counter model this is a great option. Great price.

Just installed this Microwave - it replaced a failing Amana 900w that was installed when the house was built 20 years ago. I'm hoping against most of the negative reviews that Sharp has fixed the circuitry enough that the unit lasts at least half as long.

I love how my garlic knots and other leftovers come out amazing as if they were just made! Perfect even heating that gives the best results.

Old unit display failed after 10 years. New one is the same unit updated.

Needed to replace the same Sharp unit just months after buying this new home. This prior unit was only 3 years old. Would like to have bought other than Sharp but need to fit exactly into a custom space. This is the only over the counter model we found.

Just as the other reviewers, my microwave worked fine but the display went out after just a few weeks. Unlike one of the other reveiwers, I did not have the functions memorized. This unit was highly recommended to me by a reputable appliance dealer but it seems they, too, deny the display problem.

This was a great replacement. The cooking sensors ensures promising results and the wattage power is impressive

Works good so far. Seems kind of expensive for the quality but is the only option I could find for the very specific opening that we had in our cabinets.
