This monopod is sturdy and feels good in the hand. It extends and collapses easily with the twist locks. I prefer those to lever locks because twist locks are more compact and dont stick out, making stowage in the side pocket of my backpack easier. It holds my 5 pound camera securely when extended.
Great easy to use, lighrweight monopole. Fits both standard attachment sizes. Tekescopic up to 5-ft. Excellent for stablizing camera telephoto shots.
Packs small and light. Holds a load in compression well (my 7 lb), but I found that all copies I tried had a few wobbly joints side to side when fully extended. Shorten the offending sections an inch and problem solved.
I use a Gitzo Series GT3542XLS with an Arca Swiss Z1SP ball head for normal use....But try lugging around Europe for 3 weeks! I tried a small Oben carbon fiber for travel and it was just pain to use and many churches etc frown on tripod set up.
This is an excellent monopod for the price. I needed something for travel and this P-326 is small enough, light enough and sturdy enough to support my Nikon D810 + 28-300mm travel lens. I would have no problem putting my largest lens, the Nikon 200-500mm on it.
5 sections makes it very compact, but the twist locks make it quick, easy and positive to deploy or collapse. Fully extended, it's still rigid with any load that I have to place on it.
This is the first monopod I've owned so it's difficult to make a comparison but it appears to be well made and sturdy. It's certainly a lot lighter to carry than a tripod! No complaints.
Very good product, just what I needed one of the best in the market, in my opinion.
This was my introduction to the monopod world, so I really had nothing to compare it to. With all the positive reviews I was shocked to discover that this thing is far too flimsy and offers no security if wanting to either take steady shots with, or use to carry camera/lens combo.
This monopod is really nice and light, plus it has a handy belt clip. It feel really sturdy when my Nikon D-3400 and a long lens is on it. Works for me.
