Sony has launched the Bravia KD-85X85J, XR-77A80J in India with 4K resolution displays, HDMI 2.1 port, Dolby Au...
We have had this tv for 2 weeks now and can't find fault the picture is so much sharper than the old one and the sound is much better (being deaf I often need subtitles but am using them less with this tv).
This TV is nice but I think Sony can improve by having a nice prominent Sony name tag on it like some Samsung TV's The middle bottom of the TV's had 2 small holes and this makes it look funny. The remote control is difficult to see so a bit difficult to use.
Paid over 2 thousand for this but could with that little bit more for a television such as smarter picture
It works fine with any service you have to pay for and constantly pushes you to buy stuff but you cannot install the basic UK TV apps. So no BBC iPlayer etc.. How can that even be possible? In order to possess the TV I need a BBC license but then they make it impossible to view the BBC on it.
Bought two weeks ago very easy to set upUpgraded from a ten year old sony 50 to 55 bravia Ai4j technologies has moved on although disappointed with main plug connection to tv not a tight fit easy to come out .
I went to buy the Xr55a90J but came back with Xr65a80J. The brightness was slightly better on the 90J, but wasn't night and day ( excuse the pun) My only disappointment is that it is impossible at the moment to use the tv excellent speakers as the centre speaker in my surround system ( very easy on...
Finally my first time owning an oled tv i must say its very impressive with the price and quality build they made deep black and perfect HDR makes watching any movies that is download comes to life especially the media player app which is pre installed lets you see if the content you downloaded is...
Thrilling picture quality and excellent sound but lots of limitations on what apps can be used. Amazingly no iPlayer, ITV Hub and no Britbox. I haven't been able to cast things from my phone as I can with the old Samsung tv and screen mirroring is only possible with the apps that Sony supports.
I have had this TV for two weeks and I absolutely love it. Fantastic picture. Google TV is easy to use and YouTube looks so much beater than it did on my older Sony TV. Love that you can TV the Tv on and off or switch to Netflix just by talking to the TV. One thing missing is the BBC iPlayer app.
Unfortunately my new 55" A80j makes watching fast moving sport almost impossible, I'm not currently watching in 4K but was hoping for as much as my old 46" lcd tv could deliver, the colour can appear washed out and the players a become a blur which becomes a distraction,My second disappointment is...
