Nice looking camera, obviously very solid and well made. But setting up the menu system has me buffaloed. If I ever get it figured out I think it will be fine. But getting there...

Purchased from a UK dealer. Sadly Sony do not provide a charger nor a charging lead. Both the battery supplied with the kit and the Sony spare I purchased were completely exhausted so I was unable to test my new acquisition which was so disappointing.

I was looking to upgrade from an a6000 (which is a great beginner camera for learning in a compact form with capable stills) as it was starting to feel dated and a bit limiting, especially for being interested in trying out video.

Mainly used for stills pictures. This is a really compact and lightweight interchangeable lens camera. I use this camera for everyday photography. This is my first Sony Camera. I would definitely buy another based on my experiences with it. Its been easy to pick up and use the features.
