The Squier Bronco bass is made by the company as an homage to the old short scale (30") Fender Music Master basses made in the 70s. This bass is made in indonesia, it's a short scale (small pitch) with a 19-round boxes. There is a single coil pickup driven by a volume knob and a tone. The bridge is like music-old man with two strings per saddle.

I bought this bass from Music123.com for $149.99. I was looking for a short scale bass and I tried several in a local store. This was by far the best of the bunch. I also tried the Ibanex GAXB150, which was perhaps the worst piece of crap I ever held in my hands.
