Whirlpool 30" Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel Electric Smoothtop Range - Convection

We purchased this "smart" electric range last month and it was as expected except, despite being connected to the internet, it cannot be upgraded to air fry in the oven. Apparently some Whirlpool models can be, but not this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a range similar to this one but was struck by lightning, this range was the only one available in the area of Myrtle Beach. It was more than we wanted to spend and had a lot of features we did not want! That being said we do like the unit.

This stove I'd awesome. We love the extra features like rapid preheat , extra burner and true convection. Cooks very fast, in fact, if there is a downfall to this range, which there isn't, you need to watch your items in the oven. It cooks so much faster than a regular oven.

The range does a good job so far. We have been unable to set the clock as it is connected to the internet which makes no sense. They refer to a start button well there is nothing labeled start. It’s an arrow. Dumb.The control panel touch screen is a little hard to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flat buttons are difficult to push. There's a third rack in the oven and that means under range storage is drastically decreased. I keep my pot and pan tops in that bottom drawer, they don't all fit now due to the small size.

Look up reviews of this oven on other sites. The oven is competent but bare bones. There is NO convection feature, no less TRUE convection. This is why it is so inexpensive.

We have only owned this range for a few weeks, but so far, I would call it a great buy. I would agree that the cooktop is a little more difficult to clean than our last one. But some of the comments in the negative reviews on that are pretty dramatic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had range for two months. I like it very much. It has features my 30 year old didn't have. I like the burners that accommodates different size cookware. The oven bakes so nice!

We love it not only is it beautiful The oven works GREAT Dollar for Dollar its worth it and more I would recommend it to all my friends

This range has a number of improvements with respect to burner sizes, however the print on the backboard is impossible to read w/o sticking your head under the microwave. The fan is undersized, as the large [pan generating steam/ smoke are located too far from it.David L. Kelly
