Whirlpool 5 cu. ft. White Stackable Front Load Washer with Sanitize

It is a good size front loader washer for a small family of four. I like the fact that you can use your phone to select cycles on the washer more than on the front control panel on the washer. The washer can be set to soak your load if it is heavy soiled.

This washer does an ok job. The first day we got it, it broke and kept glitching out and saying the door wasn’t shut when it was . With anything electronic these days, it appears to be glitchy from time to time. Same for the dryer. Don’t recommend. They don’t make them like they used too.

I absolutely love my new laundry pair. Not only are they beautiful and sleek, but they are everything I hoped they would be.

The digital panel is fancy but not user friendly. It has taken me multiple attempts to figure out how to start a simple load as well as remove the delayed timer. At the same time, the detergent dispenser on the top left exterior feels very cheap and seems like it will break.

My Husband and I purchased this machine as well as the matching gas dryer less than 2 years ago and have experienced nothing but problems. Well, it finally completely malfunctioned today. It started with the cold water function not working correctly or causing long continuous cycles.

Bought my first set from whirlpool in 2017 building our new home, loved the load and go feature. Built a new home in late 2020 and they did away with the previous style that I wished to replaced and I was sold this garbage instead.

I purchased this unit, and from the start I had issues with the screen on the door freezing. I contacted support and was told to unplug the washer from the wall for ten seconds, and plug it back in. This would resolve the issue for a while, and would freeze up again.

When I got my washer, there was a note came along with the washer, it says the detergent tray issue would be fixed via software. It has been over two years and still no software update to fix the problem.

wfw9620hw or any color is nowhere to be found. Has this been discontinued? If so, is there another one with similar capacity with automatic detergent and softener dispensers?
