Whirlpool 5 cu. ft. White Stackable Front Load Washer with Sanitize

I am loving this washer! I am a small person and enjoy the front door. Nice to throw the load in rather then standing up on my toes to place my items in and stepping up on my toes to get the load out!

Does its job well and is beautiful. After 2 weeks, I am still learning how to operate it. I have to hold the start button down for about 10 seconds before I know it's starting.

Broke after 4 years and I need to replace. Not worth the $1600 price tag. Hard to keep the interior seal clean, it allows for lots of mold to settle & we can't remove it. This creates an obnoxious smell in the washer.

I HATE THIS WASHER ! I HAVE TO USE DEEP WATER ALL THE TIME TO EVEN COME CLOSE TO GETTING THEM CLEAN. THE HAVE TO USE SECOND RINSE TO GET THE SOAP OUT !! I HATE IT. THERE'S NO PLACE FOR FABRIC SOFTENER .

Washer installation was simple. WIFI connectivity and APP works OK, BUT after few washes we got several times RANDOM error codes that WATER WAS OFF. I had to cancel washing and restart and sometimes it worked and sometimes I had to restart again. Water supply never was off.

We received our washer in January of 2022 and started noticing issues with the machine straight away. Every time we selected one of the preset heavy duty wash cycles, we got an error message that the machine could not complete a cycle to a balance issue.
