Whirlpool 5 cu. ft. White Stackable Front Load Washer with Sanitize

I do like the convenience of load and go. This washer has a nice look to it and wash and spin great. However, this washer isn’t quiet like Whirlpool Whispers. The old set I had were whispers and I had to open laundry door just to make sure I hit start because you couldn’t hear it the cycles running.

Bought the washer around 3 weeks ago. Load & Go feature is great - takes the guess work out of determining how much detergent to use. Overall the unit is quite, a lot quieter than our previous washer. We are able to wash delicate clothing w/o having to worry about an agitator.

Almost a month into using our new washer. Quite pleased with the quiet operation and the clothes come out great. I didn't think I'd care much about the automatic detergent dispensing function, but it is pretty nice.

Very disappointed in the users guide! Small print, incomplete info, doesn't include the cycle details and the cycle details ARE NOT available online for this model. Phone support is atrocious. On three different calls I was told "I just don't have that info"...no follow-up or escalation.

Purchased this and installed myself. We love the ease of not having to add detergent with each load, but wish the softener also had an auto feed. I have been running a lot of loads to catch up on our laundry pile since the old front loader quit.

They have this washer in my apt building. It has said one minute remaining for the past THIRTY minutes (and counting). It was supposed to be a 1h40min cycle, and it’s been well over two hours. Something so simple like telling the time left doesn't work in this machine.

This washer holds larger loads than my previous washer. It spins heavy loads at high speed without shaking and moving across the floor. I'm not interested in the Load & Go feature.

My wife didn't like our old set but loves this washer.

Great washer, lots of features! Only hiccup is that is is difficult to get it to connect to wifi.

This front-load washer was purchased for me as part of my new-home build. It's an amazing washer, and with the washer/dryer pedestals, it's so easy to access requiring such little effort to access the clothes from the drum. A SUPERB appliance!
